A lock from Justin Bieber’s freshly-chopped tresses was put to auction on eBay last week after he’d gifted it to Ellen DeGeneres in a signed box. And, owing to Justin Bieber’s ever growing popularity, within the first hour, Bieber’s hairs were already up to $10,000 in bids and finally it got sold out for $40,668.

Justin Bieber cut his hair for Charity and entire sum will be donated to animal rescue organization The Gentle Barn Foundation. The lucky winning bidder will not only get to keep the piece of Bieber’s hair in a signed box but will also get to meet the teen superstar the next time he appears on The Ellen Show.
